These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms, the application, or WallStreet Bull Capital Business Consultancy services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
